Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Airline Communication and Customer Relationship Management: Effective Communication Techniques, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Passenger Interaction Skills, Cross-Cultural Communication in Aviation, Customer Relationship Management, Handling Passenger Complaints and Feedback, Conflict Resolution Techniques, Service Recovery Strategies, Professional Telephone and Email Etiquette, Building Passenger Loyalty and Trust.

Module 4: Airline Reservation, Ticketing and Travel Services: Basics of Airline Reservation Systems, Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Fare Rules and Ticketing Procedures, Flight Schedule Information Management, Reservation Modification and Cancellation Procedures, Passenger Travel Documentation, Frequent Flyer Programs, Airline Policies and Regulations, Travel Assistance Services, Data Privacy and Security in Passenger Services.

Module 5: Safety, Security and Special Passenger Services: Aviation Safety Awareness, Airport Security Procedures, Emergency Handling and Crisis Management, Dangerous Goods Awareness, Medical and Special Assistance Services, Handling Elderly and Disabled Passengers, Unaccompanied Minor Services, VIP and Premium Passenger Handling, Managing Security Concerns and Irregular Situations, Workplace Safety Practices.
