Objective: The Professional Diploma in Cruise Hospitality aims to develop skilled professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to deliver high-quality hospitality services in the cruise industry. Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Cruise Food, Beverage and Accommodation Management: Cruise Food and Beverage Operations, Restaurant and Dining Services, Bar and Beverage Management, Galley Operations and Food Safety, Cabin Stewarding Procedures, Housekeeping Standards on Cruise Ships, Inventory and Supply Management, Hygiene and Sanitation Practices, Luxury Hospitality Service Techniques, Managing Onboard Hospitality Facilities.

Module 4: Cruise Operations and Entertainment Management: Daily Cruise Operations Management, Cruise Itinerary Planning and Port Operations, Shore Excursion Management, Onboard Activities and Entertainment Services, Event and Theme Cruise Management, Recreation and Leisure Services, Passenger Safety and Emergency Procedures, Coordination Between Cruise Departments, Cruise Information Services, Managing Onboard Passenger Activities.

Module 5: Maritime Safety, Security and Environmental Practices: Maritime Safety Regulations and Standards, Shipboard Safety Procedures, Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation Management, Security Management on Cruise Ships, First Aid and Medical Assistance Basics, Environmental Protection in Cruise Operations, Waste Management and Pollution Control, Sustainable Cruise Tourism Practices, Maritime Health and Hygiene Standards, Risk Management in Cruise Hospitality.
