Objective: The Professional Diploma in Destination Management aims to develop professionals with the knowledge and skills required to plan, manage, and promote tourism destinations effectively. Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay Course fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Destination Marketing and Branding: Principles of Destination Marketing, Destination Branding Strategies, Market Research and Tourist Segmentation, Identifying Target Tourism Markets, Promotion and Communication Strategies, Digital Marketing for Destinations, Social Media and Online Promotion, Destination Image and Positioning, Partnership Marketing and Stakeholder Collaboration, Measuring Destination Marketing Performance.

Module 4: Sustainable Destination Management: Concepts of Sustainable Tourism Development, Environmental Management in Destinations, Responsible Tourism Practices, Eco-Tourism Destination Management, Cultural Heritage Conservation, Community-Based Tourism Development, Climate Change and Tourism Impacts, Waste Management and Resource Conservation, Sustainable Visitor Management, Green Destination Certification and Standards.

Module 5: Destination Operations and Visitor Experience Management: Visitor Management Techniques, Destination Service Quality Management, Tourist Information Services, Experience Design and Development, Event and Festival Destination Management, Safety and Security Management, Crisis and Risk Management in Destinations, Accessibility and Inclusive Tourism, Technology Applications in Destination Management, Smart Destination Development.

Module 6: Advanced Destination Management Practices: Destination Competitiveness and Innovation, Global Tourism Trends and Future Challenges, Destination Governance and Policy Development, Public and Private Sector Collaboration, Investment and Funding in Destination Projects, Destination Networking and Partnerships, Rural and Urban Destination Management, Special Interest Destination Development, Destination Impact Assessment and Performance Measurement, Emerging Models in Destination Management.
