Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting Concepts and Techniques, Forecasting Methods, Variance Analysis and Performance Metrics, Strategic Planning and Decision-Making, Cost Volume Profit (CVP) Analysis, Sensitivity and Scenario Analysis.

Module 2: Cost Management: Cost Classification and Behavior, Job Order and Process Costing, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), Standard Costing and Variance Analysis, Cost Allocation and Absorption Techniques, Target and Lifecycle Costing.

Module 3: Internal Controls and Risk Management: Components of Internal Control Systems, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Fraud Detection and Prevention, Corporate Governance and Ethics, Internal Audit Functions, Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks.

Module 4: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements, Revenue Recognition and Lease Accounting, Financial Ratios and Interpretation, Common Size and Trend Analysis, Statement of Cash Flows, Intercompany Transactions and Consolidation.

Module 5: Performance Management: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecard, Responsibility Accounting and Transfer Pricing, Benchmarking and Productivity Analysis, Profitability and Segment Reporting, Performance Evaluation Techniques, Non-Financial Performance Metrics.

Module 6: Strategic Financial Management: Capital Budgeting Techniques (NPV, IRR, Payback), Cost of Capital and Capital Structure Decisions, Working Capital Management, Mergers and Acquisitions Basics, Risk and Return Analysis, Strategic Role of the Management Accountant.
