Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Health & Safety Legal Compliance: Overview of occupational health and safety laws and regulations, Roles and responsibilities of a compliance auditor, Key legal frameworks (OSHA, ISO 45001, local regulations), Understanding employer and employee duties, Importance of legal compliance in workplace safety, Ethical considerations and professional conduct.

Module 2: Legal Requirements and Standards: Detailed study of applicable health and safety legislation, Regulatory bodies and enforcement mechanisms, Standards and codes of practice (NFPA, ANSI, IEC), Reporting and documentation obligations, Penalties and legal consequences of non-compliance, Emerging trends in health and safety law.

Module 3: Audit Planning and Preparation: Types of health and safety audits (compliance, system, process audits), Audit scope definition and objective setting, Developing audit checklists based on legal requirements, Sampling methods and data collection techniques, Communication and coordination with auditees, Risk-based audit planning.

Module 4: Conducting Health & Safety Legal Audits: On-site inspection and observation techniques, Interviewing employees and management, Reviewing documentation and records, Identifying non-compliances and legal gaps, Use of audit tools and technologies, Maintaining audit evidence and confidentiality.

Module 5: Reporting and Corrective Action: Structuring audit reports with legal findings, Prioritizing non-compliance issues, Recommendations for corrective and preventive actions, Follow-up procedures and verification of corrective measures, Communicating results to stakeholders, Continuous improvement through audit feedback.
