Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Hospital Operations: Overview of hospital operations, Roles and responsibilities of a hospital operations coordinator, Types of hospital services and departments, Legal and regulatory framework, Importance of operational efficiency and patient satisfaction, Ethical and professional standards in hospital management

Module 2: Healthcare Facility and Workflow Management: Planning and organizing hospital operations, Workflow optimization and process mapping, Coordination between departments, Patient flow management, Maintenance of hospital infrastructure and utilities, Safety and emergency preparedness

Module 3: Human Resource Management in Hospitals: Staff recruitment, training, and development, Performance evaluation and appraisal, Scheduling and workforce allocation, Team building and leadership skills, Conflict resolution and workplace communication, Occupational health and safety for staff

Module 4: Inventory and Resource Management: Medical and non-medical inventory management, Procurement and vendor management, Stock control techniques and auditing, Cost control and resource optimization, Equipment management and maintenance, Documentation and reporting of supplies

Module 5: Financial and Administrative Management: Budgeting and financial planning for hospital operations, Billing and reimbursement processes, Record keeping and reporting, Contract management and vendor relations, Resource allocation and utilization, Compliance with financial and legal standards

Module 6: Quality, Technology, and Risk Management: Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Implementation of hospital management software, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Risk assessment and mitigation strategies, Patient safety and incident management, Accreditation and regulatory compliance
