Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals of International Economics: Scope and Importance of International Economics, Comparative and Absolute Advantage Theories, Balance of Trade and Balance of Payments, Terms of Trade and Exchange Rate Concepts, Trade Protectionism vs Free Trade, Role of WTO and Trade Agreements.

Module 2: Global Financial Systems and Institutions: Structure of Global Financial Markets, Role of International Financial Institutions (IMF, World Bank, ADB), BIS and International Regulatory Bodies, Global Credit Rating Agencies, Financial Stability and Systemic Risk, Cross-border Capital Flows.

Module 3: International Trade and Policy: International Trade Theories and Policies, Tariffs, Quotas and Subsidies, Trade Blocs and Regional Agreements (EU, ASEAN, NAFTA), Trade Negotiation Strategies, Trade Logistics and Documentation, Export-Import Finance and Insurance.

Module 4: International Finance and Currency Markets: Foreign Exchange Market and Exchange Rate Mechanisms, Currency Convertibility and Exchange Rate Regimes, Interest Rate Parity and Purchasing Power Parity, Currency Hedging Instruments (Forwards, Futures, Options, Swaps), Forex Risk Management, Global Financial Instruments and Products.

Module 5: International Monetary Policy and Macroeconomic Coordination: Monetary Policy in Open Economies, Role of Central Banks in Exchange Rate Stability, Inflation Targeting and Interest Rate Policy, Capital Account Management, International Monetary Cooperation, Currency Crises and Capital Flight.

Module 6: Emerging Trends and Global Financial Strategies: Globalization and Financial Integration, Digital Currencies and CBDCs, Sustainable Finance and Green Bonds, Global Taxation Policies and BEPS, Geo-Economic Trends and Financial Diplomacy, Careers in International Finance and Economy.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
