Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Global Economic Environment and Trends: Structure of the Global Economy, Key Macroeconomic Indicators (GDP, Inflation, Unemployment), Globalization and Trade Liberalization, Role of Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Emerging and Developing Economies, Economic Forecasting and Global Trends.

Module 2: International Trade and Commercial Policy: International Trade Theories (Comparative Advantage, Heckscher-Ohlin), Trade Barriers and Protectionism, WTO Agreements and Trade Negotiations, Bilateral and Multilateral Trade Deals, Regional Economic Integration (EU, NAFTA, ASEAN), Trade Policy Tools and Impact.

Module 3: Global Financial Institutions and Markets: Structure of International Financial Markets, Role of IMF, World Bank, ADB and BIS, Global Capital Markets – Bonds, Equities, Derivatives, International Banking System and Basel Norms, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds, International Financial Regulation.

Module 4: Foreign Exchange and Currency Management: Forex Market Structure and Participants, Exchange Rate Mechanisms and Determinants, Currency Risk and Hedging Instruments (Forwards, Futures, Options, Swaps), Cross-Currency Transactions and Arbitrage, International Payment Systems, Impact of Currency Volatility on Business.

Module 5: International Financial Management: Capital Budgeting for Foreign Projects, Cost of Capital in Multinational Firms, International Working Capital Management, Transfer Pricing and Tax Optimization, Political and Country Risk Management, Repatriation of Profits and Dividend Policies.

Module 6: Emerging Issues in International Economy and Finance: Global Financial Crises and Economic Recovery, Sustainable Finance and ESG Investments, Impact of Digital Currencies and FinTech, Global Tax Reforms and BEPS Framework, Geo-economic and Political Risks, Strategic Decision-Making in International Finance.
