Objective: The Certificate in Medical Imaging Data Management course is designed to equip healthcare and IT professionals with the knowledge and skills required to manage, analyze, and maintain medical imaging data efficiently. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Anatomy, Physiology, and Imaging Basics: Basic human anatomy and physiology relevant to imaging, Understanding organ systems in imaging, Imaging principles and physics, Image acquisition techniques, Image quality and artifacts, Safety and radiation protection standards

Module 3: Imaging Data Management: Image storage and retrieval systems (PACS), Digital imaging formats and standards, Data annotation and labeling, Metadata management, Data security and backup protocols, Integrating imaging data with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Module 4: Image Analysis and Interpretation: Introduction to diagnostic image analysis, Using software tools for image processing, 2D and 3D reconstruction techniques, Identifying normal vs abnormal findings, Reporting and documentation standards, Supporting clinical decision-making through imaging data

Module 5: Technology and Software in Medical Imaging: Medical imaging software and platforms, PACS and RIS systems, Cloud-based imaging data management, Workflow automation and integration, Data analytics and visualization tools, Emerging technologies in imaging (AI, machine learning applications)
