Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Rehabilitation Facility Management course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage rehabilitation centers. The course covers administration, patient care coordination, staff management, financial planning, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Rehabilitation Centre Management: Overview of rehabilitation services, Roles and responsibilities of a rehabilitation centre manager, Types of rehabilitation centres and programs, Importance of patient-centered care, Legal and regulatory framework, Ethical and professional standards in rehabilitation management

Module 2: Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assessment of patient needs and functional abilities, Designing individualized rehabilitation plans, Physical therapy and occupational therapy integration, Mental health and psychosocial support, Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans, Documentation and reporting of patient care

Module 3: Human Resource and Staff Management: Recruitment, training, and development of rehabilitation staff, Performance evaluation and appraisal, Staff scheduling and workload management, Team building and leadership in rehabilitation, Conflict resolution and communication skills, Health and safety protocols for staff

Module 4: Facility Operations and Equipment Management: Maintenance of rehabilitation centre infrastructure, Cleaning, hygiene, and infection control, Equipment and assistive devices management, Safety protocols and emergency preparedness, Accessibility and patient mobility support, Compliance with health and safety regulations

Module 5: Financial and Administrative Management: Budgeting and financial planning for rehabilitation services, Billing and reimbursement processes, Procurement and inventory management of medical and therapy supplies, Cost control and resource optimization, Record keeping and reporting, Managing contracts and vendor relationships

Module 6: Quality, Technology, and Outcome Evaluation: Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Monitoring patient satisfaction and care outcomes, Implementation of healthcare management software, Data collection and performance evaluation, Accreditation and compliance standards, Risk management and incident reporting
