Global Occupational Skill Standard – GOSS ID: GOSS/M/CBAP/V1

Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Business Analysis Professional course is designed to equip professionals with advanced skills and knowledge in business analysis to identify business needs, recommend solutions, and drive organizational improvement. The program covers requirements elicitation, modeling, documentation, stakeholder management, solution assessment, and strategic analysis.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1 (Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring): Planning the business analysis approach, Planning stakeholder engagement, Planning business analysis governance, Planning business analysis information management, Identifying business analysis performance improvements, Monitoring business analysis activities

Module 2 (Elicitation & Collaboration): Preparing for elicitation, Conducting elicitation (interviews, workshops, etc.), Confirming elicitation results, Communicating business analysis information, Managing stakeholder collaboration, Facilitating consensus and alignment

Module 3 (Requirements Life Cycle Management): Tracing requirements across artifacts, Maintaining and reusing requirements, Prioritizing requirements, Assessing requirement changes & impact, Approving requirements, Managing requirement versioning/updates

Module 4 (Strategy Analysis): Analyzing the current state of the business, Defining the future state vision, Assessing risks and enterprise capability gaps, Defining change strategy, Developing business cases, Aligning solution scope to business strategy

Module 5 (Requirements Analysis & Design Definition): Specifying and modelling requirements (process models, data models, use cases), Verifying requirements (quality, consistency), Validating requirements (fitness for purpose), Defining requirements architecture, Defining design options (solutions), Analyzing potential value & recommending solutions

Module 6 (Solution Evaluation): Measuring solution performance against business objectives, Analyzing performance metrics, Assessing solution limitations, Assessing enterprise limitations (cultural, structural), Recommending actions to increase solution value, Continuous improvement and feedback for future releases

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
