Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Corporate Finance: Scope and Objectives of Corporate Finance, Role of Corporate Finance in Strategic Management, Financial Goals and Value Creation, Time Value of Money Concepts, Financial Decision-Making Process, Corporate Finance vs Investment Finance.

Module 2: Financial Statement Analysis and Planning: Interpretation of Financial Statements, Ratio Analysis for Performance Evaluation, Trend and Comparative Analysis, Cash Flow and Fund Flow Analysis, Financial Forecasting Techniques, Preparation of Financial Plan.

Module 3: Capital Budgeting and Investment Decisions: Capital Budgeting Process and Techniques (NPV, IRR, Payback), Cash Flow Estimation for Projects, Risk and Uncertainty in Investment Decisions, Cost of Capital and Discounting Rate, Capital Rationing, Post-Investment Audit.

Module 4: Capital Structure and Financing Decisions: Capital Structure Theories and Models, Leverage Analysis – Operating and Financial, Long-Term and Short-Term Financing Sources, Optimal Capital Structure, Cost of Capital Estimation, Dividend Policy and Retained Earnings.

Module 5: Corporate Valuation and Mergers: Approaches to Business Valuation (DCF, Comparables, Precedents), Valuation of Startups and Unlisted Companies, Mergers and Acquisitions Process, Synergy and Post-Merger Integration, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring and Divestitures.

Module 6: Risk Management and Emerging Trends: Corporate Risk Management Framework, Financial Derivatives for Hedging, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk, Corporate Governance and Compliance, ESG and Sustainable Finance, FinTech and Innovation in Corporate Finance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
