Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Principles of Corporate Governance: Definition and importance of corporate governance, Key governance theories and models, Roles and responsibilities of board of directors, Shareholder rights and stakeholder engagement, Governance codes and best practices, Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG.

Module 2: Legal and Regulatory Framework: Company law and corporate regulations, Compliance with listing rules and disclosure requirements, Regulatory bodies and governance oversight, Insider trading and market abuse laws, Anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations, Governance implications of mergers and acquisitions.

Module 3: Board Governance and Effectiveness: Board composition and structure, Roles of chairperson, CEO, and company secretary, Board committees (audit, risk, remuneration, nomination), Board evaluation and performance review, Succession planning and director training, Gender diversity and independence on boards.

Module 4: Risk Management and Internal Control: Governance and risk management integration, Internal control systems and frameworks, Role of internal audit in governance, Whistleblowing mechanisms and ethical conduct, Enterprise risk governance, Reporting and responding to risk at board level.

Module 5: Governance Reporting and Disclosure: Corporate governance reporting requirements, Integrated and sustainability reporting, Transparency and accountability in disclosures, Financial vs non-financial reporting, Stakeholder communication strategies, Use of technology in governance reporting.

Module 6: Contemporary Issues in Corporate Governance: ESG and sustainability governance trends, Digital governance and cybersecurity, Governance challenges in multinational corporations, Corporate governance in family-owned businesses, Governance failures and case studies, Future of corporate governance and global trends.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
