Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Leadership Coach course is designed to equip participants with advanced coaching methodologies tailored specifically for leaders at all levels. The program focuses on developing active listening, powerful questioning, goal-setting, and feedback skills to facilitate transformational leadership growth. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Leadership Coaching:Definition and role of a leadership coach, Coaching vs mentoring vs training, Core coaching competencies, Ethical standards and confidentiality, Building trust and rapport, The coaching mindset and presence.

Module 2: Communication and Listening Skills: Active and empathetic listening, Powerful questioning techniques, Non-verbal communication awareness, Providing constructive feedback, Managing difficult conversations, Creating a safe coaching environment.

Module 3: Leadership Theories and Models: Overview of key leadership theories (transformational, servant, situational), Emotional intelligence and its impact on leadership, Strengths-based leadership, Systems thinking in leadership, Change leadership models, Authentic leadership principles.

Module 4: Coaching Process and Methodologies: The coaching cycle and framework, Goal setting and action planning, Assessment tools and 360-degree feedback, Techniques for overcoming resistance, Accountability and follow-up strategies, Measuring coaching effectiveness.

Module 5: Developing Leadership Competencies: Enhancing self-awareness and self-regulation, Building decision-making skills, Enhancing interpersonal and team leadership, Strategic thinking and visioning, Conflict management and negotiation, Resilience and stress management.

Module 6: Business and Practice Management for Coaches: Setting up a coaching practice, Marketing and client acquisition, Ethical and legal considerations, Pricing and contract management, Continuous professional development, Using technology in coaching (virtual coaching platforms).

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
