Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Microsoft Office Professional (MS Excel) course is designed to equip individuals with comprehensive skills to use Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, visualization, and reporting. The course covers spreadsheet creation, formulas and functions, data formatting, sorting and filtering, chart generation, pivot tables, and data validation. Advanced topics may include conditional formatting, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data modeling.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to MS Excel and Workbook Basics: Overview of Excel Interface, Creating and Saving Workbooks, Understanding Worksheets and Cells, Navigating and Selecting Data, Customizing the Excel Environment, Using Templates and Workbook Views.

Module 2: Data Entry and Formatting: Entering and Editing Data, Using Autofill and Flash Fill, Formatting Cells and Ranges, Applying Number Formats, Using Conditional Formatting, Managing Rows and Columns.

Module 3: Formulas and Functions: Understanding Formula Structure, Using Basic Arithmetic Operators, Applying Common Functions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT), Using Logical Functions (IF, AND, OR), Working with Date and Time Functions, Troubleshooting Formula Errors.

Module 4: Data Management and Analysis: Sorting and Filtering Data, Creating and Using Tables, Applying Data Validation, Using Named Ranges, Removing Duplicates and Consolidating Data, Using the What-If Analysis Tools.

Module 5: Charts and Visualization Tools: Creating Different Types of Charts, Customizing Chart Elements, Inserting Sparklines, Using Recommended Charts, Creating PivotTables and PivotCharts, Formatting Charts for Presentation.

Module 6: Review, Sharing, and Security Features: Protecting Worksheets and Workbooks, Tracking Changes and Comments, Sharing and Collaborating on Excel Files, Printing and Page Setup Options, Using Macros and Add-ins (Basics), Preparing for the Certification Exam.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
