Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Senior Project Professional course is designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge and skills to manage complex projects and lead project teams effectively at a senior level. The course covers project planning, risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and project governance. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Project Management Fundamentals & Leadership: Role and responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager, Project life cycle and phases, Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), Leadership and team management in projects, Governance and stakeholder engagement, Decision-making and problem-solving in project contexts

Module 2: Project Planning & Scheduling: Project scope definition and work breakdown structure (WBS), Resource planning and allocation, Time management and scheduling techniques, Critical path method (CPM) and Gantt charts, Milestone setting and project baselines, Risk identification during planning

Module 3: Project Execution & Quality Management: Project execution strategies and monitoring, Quality management principles and standards, Process improvement and efficiency measures, Team coordination and communication management, Issue resolution and conflict management, Performance tracking and corrective actions

Module 4: Risk Management & Compliance: Risk assessment and risk register development, Risk mitigation and contingency planning, Regulatory and legal compliance in projects, Health, safety, and environmental considerations, Monitoring and controlling project risks, Reporting and documentation of risk management

Module 5: Financial & Resource Management: Project budgeting and cost estimation, Cost control and variance analysis, Financial forecasting and ROI evaluation, Resource optimization and utilization, Procurement management and vendor coordination, Budget reporting and financial accountability

Module 6: Project Closure & Evaluation: Project closure processes and handover, Lessons learned and knowledge management, Post-project evaluation and performance assessment, Stakeholder satisfaction measurement, Documentation and reporting standards, Continuous improvement and best practices implementation

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
