Objective: The objective of the Professional Diploma in Recruitment Management is to develop practical knowledge and skills required to manage effective recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The course provides an understanding of workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing techniques, selection processes, recruitment tools, and employer branding. It focuses on building professional recruitment capabilities and preparing learners to attract, evaluate, and hire the right talent to support organizational success.

Duration: 6 Months / 370 Hours

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your Course you want to pursue.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay course fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the Digital(PDF) copy of your Diploma & Marksheet will be sent to your registered email ID within 7 days.

Module 3: Candidate Screening and Selection Process Resume Screening Techniques, Application Tracking System (ATS) Management, Candidate Shortlisting Methods, Pre-Screening and Initial Interviews, Competency-Based Interviewing, Technical and Behavioral Assessment, Selection Criteria and Decision Making, Background Verification Process, Reference Check Procedures, Final Candidate Evaluation.

Module 4: Interview Management and Hiring Process Interview Planning and Coordination, Different Types of Interviews, Interview Question Designing, Interview Skills and Techniques, Interview Bias and Fair Hiring Practices, Candidate Assessment Methods, Offer Approval Process, Salary Negotiation Techniques, Offer Letter Management, Candidate Relationship Management.

Module 5: Recruitment Technology and Analytics Recruitment Management Systems (RMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Digital Recruitment Tools, Recruitment Automation Techniques, Data Management in Recruitment, Recruitment Metrics and KPIs, Cost per Hire Analysis, Time to Hire Measurement, Recruitment Reports and Dashboards, Use of AI in Recruitment.

Module 6: Advanced Recruitment Practices and Compliance Talent Acquisition Strategies, Executive Search and Headhunting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Diversity and Inclusion Hiring, Employer Branding Strategies, Recruitment Compliance and Labor Laws, Candidate Experience Management, Onboarding Coordination, Recruitment Audit Process, Future Trends in Recruitment Management.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
