Duration: Three Months.

Objective: The Certificate in Health, Fitness and Entrepreneurship course is designed to develop professionals who can build, manage, and scale successful businesses in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. The program provides comprehensive knowledge of fitness coaching fundamentals, client assessment, nutrition basics, behavior change strategies, and program design, while simultaneously focusing on entrepreneurial skills.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Foundations of Health & Fitness Entrepreneurship: Overview of the health & fitness industry landscape, Roles and responsibilities of a Health & Fitness Entrepreneur Coach, Identifying niche markets and target audiences, Understanding consumer behavior and wellness trends, Business models in fitness (online, studio, hybrid), Goal-setting and strategic planning for business success

Module 2: Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness Fundamentals for Entrepreneurs: Basic principles of exercise science and training methodologies, Essential nutrition concepts for client education, Behavior change psychology and coaching strategies, Designing fitness and wellness programs, Monitoring client progress and outcomes, Safety, risk management, and ethical practices in fitness coaching

Module 3: Business Setup, Branding, and Positioning: Business formation options and legal requirements, Creating a unique brand identity, Developing value propositions and service packages, Pricing strategies for fitness services, Crafting mission statements and brand messaging, Building professional credibility and authority

Module 4: Marketing, Sales, and Online Presence: Digital marketing fundamentals for fitness businesses, Social media marketing and content strategy, Lead generation funnels and email marketing, Client acquisition and conversion techniques, Sales scripts, consultations, and closing methods, Online presence optimization (website, SEO, reviews)

Module 5: Operations, Client Management, and Service Delivery: Scheduling, workflow, and session management systems, Onboarding and retaining clients effectively, Communication tools and client relationship management (CRM), Delivering coaching sessions (in-person and virtual), Creating structured programs and progress tracking tools, Evaluating performance and refining service delivery

Module 6: Scaling, Financial Management, and Long-Term Growth: Budgeting, financial planning, and cash-flow management, Managing multiple income streams (classes, products, digital programs), Outsourcing, partnerships, and team building, Developing automated systems and digital products, Scaling to group coaching or studio ownership, Continuous improvement and long-term growth strategies

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
