Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Healthcare Management: Overview of healthcare systems and structures, Role and responsibilities of healthcare managers, Public vs private healthcare delivery models, Legal and ethical issues in healthcare, Healthcare policies and regulatory framework, Current challenges in healthcare administration.

Module 2: Hospital and Clinical Operations: Hospital departments and their functions, Patient admission and discharge procedures, Medical records and documentation standards, Pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory coordination, Infection control and waste management, Quality assurance in clinical services.

Module 3: Human Resource and Staff Management: Workforce planning in healthcare, Recruitment and training of medical/non-medical staff, Staff performance evaluation and motivation, Conflict resolution and grievance handling, Labor laws and workplace safety in hospitals, Building effective healthcare teams.

Module 4: Financial and Inventory Management in Healthcare: Healthcare budgeting and financial planning, Hospital billing and insurance systems, Cost control and revenue cycle management, Procurement and tendering in healthcare, Medical inventory and pharmacy stock management, Financial reporting and audit in hospitals.
