Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Change Management Professional course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, implement, and manage organizational change initiatives. It focuses on change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, risk assessment, and overcoming resistance to change.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Change Management Fundamentals: Definition and importance of change, Types of change (transformational, incremental, strategic), Change management models (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin), Role of a change manager, Change management lifecycle, Change‑readiness assessment

Module 2: Individual & Team Change: Human response to change, Psychological models of change (Kubler‑Ross, Bridges), Learning styles and the learning curve, Motivations and resistance, Team dynamics during change, Individual vs collective change behavior

Module 3: Organizational Change & Culture: Organizational culture and its impact on change, Change drivers and organizational context, Change strategy development, Structuring change initiatives, Aligning change with organizational goals, Building change capacity

Module 4: Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Stakeholder identification and mapping, Engagement strategies for different stakeholder groups, Communication planning (messages, channels, timing), Influencing and persuasion techniques, Feedback mechanisms, Managing expectations and trust

Module 5: Change Impact, Risk & Resistance Management: Change impact analysis and assessment, Risk identification and mitigation in change initiatives, Resistance management techniques, Building change readiness and resilience, Measuring and monitoring resistance, Sustaining change momentum

Module 6: Sustaining & Leading Change: Embedding change into business processes, Change leadership and change agent roles, Coaching and training for change, Continuous improvement and learning, Evaluating success (metrics, KPIs), Institutionalizing change and building a change culture

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
