Objective: The Certified International Trade & Export Professional course is designed to equip professionals with the comprehensive knowledge, strategic insights, and operational skills required to manage and grow international trade and export operations. The program covers global trade regulations, export documentation, customs compliance, logistics and supply chain management, international payment methods, trade finance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 2: Export Readiness, Market Research & Strategy Development: Assessing export readiness of a business, International market selection and segmentation, Competitor and demand analysis, Export marketing strategy and value proposition, Product adaptation and localization, Export planning and goal setting

Module 3: Export Operations, Documentation & Compliance: Essential export documents and certificates, Customs procedures and trade facilitation, Incoterms® rules and their applications, Export compliance and regulatory requirements, Classification, valuation and origin rules, Documentation workflow and digital trade platforms

Module 4: Logistics, Shipping, Customs & Supply Chain Management: Global logistics and transportation modes, Freight forwarding and cargo management, Packaging, labeling and warehousing requirements, International shipping and insurance (Marine, cargo, liability), Customs brokerage and clearance processes, Supply chain optimization and risk mitigation

Module 5: International Trade Finance, Pricing & Payment Methods: Export costing and pricing strategies, Exchange rate impact and currency risk management, Payment terms and risk levels, Letters of credit, documentary collections and open account, Export financing instruments and government support programs, Trade credit insurance and financial risk mitigation

Module 6: Export Sales, Negotiation, Cross-Cultural Management & Growth: International sales techniques and relationship management, Cross-cultural communication and negotiation strategies, Managing agents, distributors and overseas partners, Trade fairs, missions and digital export marketing, Export performance measurement and KPIs, Scaling, diversifying and sustaining export growth

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
