Duration: Three Months.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Exercise Physiology: Overview of Exercise Physiology, Role of an Exercise Physiologist, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Exercise in Health and Disease Prevention, Scope of Practice and Professional Responsibilities, Ethical and Safety Considerations

Module 2: Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology: Musculoskeletal System and Functional Anatomy, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems, Neuromuscular Function and Motor Control, Energy Systems and Metabolism, Biomechanics and Human Movement Analysis, Application of Physiology in Exercise Prescription

Module 3: Exercise Assessment and Screening: Health and Fitness Screening Procedures, Pre-Participation Evaluations and Risk Assessment, Anthropometric and Body Composition Analysis, Cardiovascular and Strength Testing, Flexibility and Functional Movement Assessments, Interpreting Assessment Data for Program Design

Module 4: Exercise Prescription and Programming: Designing Individualized Exercise Programs, Aerobic and Resistance Training Principles, Flexibility and Mobility Training, Functional and Core Stability Exercises, Special Considerations for Clinical Populations, Progression and Adaptation Strategies

Module 5: Clinical and Special Population Applications: Exercise for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disorders, Neurological and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Exercise in Geriatric Populations, Pediatric Exercise Considerations, Exercise for Weight Management and Obesity, Tailoring Programs for Special Needs and Chronic Conditions
