Objective: The objective of the Certified Event Marketing Professional course is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to design, organize, and execute marketing events that effectively promote products, services, or brands. The course covers event planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, promotion strategies, audience engagement, sponsorship acquisition, and post-event evaluation. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Event Marketing: Overview of event marketing and its importance, Types of events and their objectives, Role of an event marketing manager, Event marketing trends and innovations, Understanding target audiences, Ethical and legal considerations in event marketing.

Module 2: Event Planning and Strategy: Setting event goals and objectives, Event concept development, Budgeting and resource allocation, Venue selection and logistics, Timeline and project management, Risk assessment and contingency planning.

Module 3: Marketing and Promotion of Events: Developing event marketing plans, Advertising and promotional tactics, Digital marketing for events, Public relations and media engagement, Social media strategy, Sponsorship and partnership management.

Module 4: Event Execution and Operations: On-site event coordination, Vendor and supplier management, Staffing and volunteer coordination, Guest experience and engagement, Technology use in event execution, Health and safety compliance.

Module 5: Post-Event Activities: Event evaluation and feedback collection, Measuring event ROI and success metrics, Reporting and documentation, Follow-up communication strategies, Building long-term relationships, Lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Module 6: Leadership and Team Management: Team building and leadership skills, Communication and negotiation, Conflict resolution, Time management and prioritization, Motivating event teams, Professional development and ethics.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
