Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Introduction to Bridge Engineering: Types and Classification of Bridges, Components and Functions of a Bridge, Bridge Design Standards and Codes, Load Considerations and Structural Behavior, Site Selection and Preliminary Investigations, Overview of Bridge Construction Process.

Module 2: Bridge Design and Materials: Design Principles for Concrete and Steel Bridges, Superstructure and Substructure Design, Expansion Joints and Bearings Design, Material Selection and Specifications, Load Distribution and Analysis Techniques, Use of Design Software and Modeling Tools.

Module 3: Bridge Construction Techniques: Foundation and Substructure Construction Methods, Erection of Girders and Superstructures, Cast-in-Place and Precast Methods, Launching Gantries and Balanced Cantilever Methods, Cable-Stayed and Suspension Bridge Construction, Construction Equipment and Machinery.

Module 4: Quality Control and Safety Management: Quality Assurance in Bridge Construction, Material Testing and Inspection Procedures, Site Safety Planning and Risk Assessment, Occupational Health and Safety Standards, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Methods, Compliance with Environmental and Legal Regulations.

Module 5: Bridge Maintenance and Rehabilitation: Inspection and Condition Assessment Techniques, Common Bridge Defects and Their Causes, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Strengthening and Retrofitting Techniques, Corrosion Protection and Waterproofing, Rehabilitation of Historical and Old Bridges.
